About

Description
The Central Kentucky Audubon Society (CKAS) fosters environmental conservation by promoting the enjoyment, understanding, importance, and preservation of birds and their habitats. As a chapter of the National Audubon Society, we are committed to improving and protecting habitat for birds and other wildlife and to involving Kentuckians of all ages in discovering the beauty of the natural world.

We represent ten counties in central Kentucky: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Scott, and Woodford.
